Terms of Use (End-User License Agreement)

Welcome to Egyptian Translator (the “App”), published by Bouiz (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Apple Standard EULA.

1. Subscriptions & Billing

The App offers two auto-renewing subscription options (“Subscriptions”):

1.1 Subscription Benefits

Unlimited translations without ads
Priority server access for faster responses
Early access to new features

1.2 Payment & Renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Your Subscription automatically renews—unless auto-renew is turned off—at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown above.

1.3 Manage or Cancel

You can manage or cancel your Subscription at any time in your App Store > Apple ID > Subscriptions settings. Turning off auto-renewal will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the term.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the Apple Standard EULA.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App;
Use the App to create or distribute unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content;
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and code in the App is the exclusive property of Bouiz or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “AS IS,” without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bouiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in-app or via our website. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
